Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp aronia berry powder
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup frozen wild blueberries 3/4 cup
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add the almond milk, aronia berry powder, cacao powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a medium bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  • Add in the blueberries and chia seeds. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
  • Divide into two servings and top with walnuts.

Notes

  • For additional protein, add 1 scoop of unflavored or vanilla whey protein.
  • Keeps well refrigerated for up to 3 days in sealed containers.
  • For lower sugar, omit maple syrup and rely on berries for sweetness.
