Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats 1 cup
  • 1/3 cup natural almond butter 1/3 cup
  • 3 tbsp aronia powder 2 tablespoons
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 1/4 cup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tablespoon
  • 2 tbsps hemp hearts 2 tablespoons
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • 2 tbsp honey 2 tablespoons
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt 1/8 teaspoon

Method
 

  1. Add the oats, aronia powder, shredded coconut, chia seeds, hemp hearts, cinnamon, and sea salt to a food processor. Pulse until combined.
  2. Add the almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Process until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together when pressed.
  3. Scoop and roll the mixture into 10 equal-sized balls.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
